Providing first rate service to my clients is my top priority. The disclosures and paperwork have more than tripled in recent years. This requires following up and responding to many requests and calls from clients, agents and service providers. David O’Donnell, my Team Manager, is outstanding in this capacity. His efforts allow me to dedicate more of my time to what I do best – prospecting for buyers and sellers, networking with top agents, negotiating contracts and selling your home.
As a Real Estate Sales Professional, I have a contract with my clients. Part of that agreement involves good faith, best practices and looking out for the best interests of the client. I want you to know that I take these very seriously. As a client, you will be treated in the manner that I would want to be treated and that your entire transaction will be serviced the way I would want my transactions serviced.
After graduating from West Point, I spent 20 years in the US Army and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. I then had a 15-year career in the defense Aerospace industry and further service in the Middle East.
I began my real estate career with Century 21 in Las Vegas and have been one of the top agents in the firm month after month. However, all the accolades, awards and accomplishments wouldn’t mean much without creating happy clients along the way.
To properly service a home buyer or seller I need to know the details of a given area. Since my clients are counting on my expertise, I consider it my responsibility to know what is new on the market that we compete against, price reductions and what homes receive offers. This is done every day.
